About
Podshare is a coliving space where people can stay as little as long as they like with no deposits or leases. This listing is for a bed inside of a shared living area. We offer custom-built pods, usb, and other outlets, reading lights, storage areas plus lockers, and provide linens and towels.
We have a private conference room on the second floor with space to work, a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and stove, fast wifi, and a beautiful backyard to sit and relax or to meet new people.
Please note all guests must be 18+ and have a valid government-issued ID/Passport in order to check-in.

This property will pre-authorize and/or charge the listed credit card for the full cost of stay PRIOR to the guest's arrival.
***Bookings may be cancelled within 24 hours if invalid cards are listed by the guest.***
For any bookings with a remaining balance at the time of the guest's arrival, we accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards at the desk.
Cancellation policy: 30 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

We do allow for late check in however arrangements must be made prior to the desk closing on your check in date.
