5) Cancellation or amendment must be made 3 days in advance prior to arrival.
6) Breakfast is not included.
7) NO smoking in Room, but have a smoking area.
8) We only accept guests the age of 18 years old or more.
9). Please note that the Property also collects 1,000 Baht as security deposit upon arrival, This amount will be return back to guest during check out time.
