Important Info for Your Stay:
- Reception hours are 8 am - 8 pm. If you're checking in after these hours, please give us a call beforehand.
- Check-out is before 10 am and check-in is after 2 pm.
- We are a strictly 18+ property. While all adults are welcome, dorm rooms are recommended for guests aged 18 to 35.
- A valid passport or international passport is needed for check-in.
- Your card will be charged 1 day prior to your arrival. Please ensure there are sufficient funds to avoid cancellation.
- Group Bookings: Bookings of 4 or more guests are subject to different terms and conditions, and we cannot guarantee placing all members of a group booking in the same room.
- Please note: No E-Bike batteries are allowed on the premises.

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR’S: All bookings between 23rd December and 2nd January are NON-REFUNDABLE and are subject to a 10 night minimum stay. Payment will be processed within 72 hours of booking and if the card cannot be charged then your booking will be cancelled.
Please also note that our reception will be closed to arrival and departures between 23rd December and 2nd January: no check-ins or outs will be allowed during this time. If your booking contains a check in/out scheduled for those dates then it will be subject to immediate cancellation.
