Our private and shared rooms come in three-fold facilities: two couples rooms and 1 family room for six. These units are designed in warm Alabaster White concrete with strong A/C, fresh linens, and toiletries. Both a shared and en suite bath and shower rooms ensure a spacious stay. The villas' exterior welcomes you in Russet-toned huts with a tinge of rustic elements. Beach pathways awash with luscious greeneries, you are never short of a coastal holiday feel!

Come and enjoy divine Filipino cuisine in our chill-out and bar areas. Our staff member is trained to provide unparalleled Cebuano hospitality with seamless communication as they are able to converse in basic English, Tagalog, and Visaya.

Location-wise, our place is also within walking distance to restaurants, cafés, bars, ATM, and local transport links. Access to famous sights and attractions of nearby towns is guaranteed. Activities such as sardine runs, freediving, moped rentals, wellness massage, and island hopping are available for arrangements upon arrival.

2. Check-out time: 08:00am to 12:00noon
3. Cancellation policy: 3 days advance notice for free cancellation
- In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
4. Payment: cash only upon checking in
5. Taxes: included
6. No curfew
7. No smoking in rooms, but designated area is provided
8. Child policy: No Age Restriction but children need to book with parents/guardian into Private Room
9. Pets are not allowed.
10. Reception working hours: from 08:00am to 20:00pm
