Once you arrive to Casa Qatzij, you will be greeted by our friendly dog Qatzij, and our two cats Ajpu and Ix as well as a flourishing garden filled with ripening fruits.

Come relax and enjoy the views of volcanoes Tolimán and Atitlán from our terrace or relax in one of our garden hammocks. We are in the perfect spot for sunbathing and natural views. You’ll forget you are in the heart of the village.

We have ten comfortable rooms including a master bedroom with a private bath, deluxe rooms with shared bath, and an economically priced shared dorm or a low-cost private room with it's own bathroom. If you like to cook, you'll love our fully equipped kitchen. On cool nights, the indoor fireplace provides for a very cozy experience.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation is free of charge if cancelled prior to 7 days before the check-in date. If cancelled within 7 days prior to check-in or in case of a no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged plus 50% of any other nights not rebooked by other guests.

A deposit is required to guarantee reservation. A 50% deposit will be charged to the card on file after 24 hours to guarantee the reservation. If cancelled within the free cancellation period, this amount will be refunded.
