Welcome to Mendihuaca Beach!

At the very beginning of Sierra Nevada, located between sea and tropical forest, come experiencing life in this little paradise and discover our local surf culture. Owned and built by a famous Colombian born and raised surfer, you will receive the best advices for beggining with the beautiful sport of surfing or simply carry on your love for it.

It is a sustainable surf camp, which provides accommodation services such as a hostel and a surf school, with a focus on sustainable tourism for those who want to minimize their footprint while enjoying a nice time on the beach, the sea and the waves.

We are located in Colombia, the Caribbean, 7 km from the main entrance of Tayrona National Park, 5 minutes from Guachaca town, on the traditional fishermen's beach of the Mendihuaca river. The beauty of this place is that it still preserves its traditional forms of fishing and the river mouth ecosystem is still a pool of very clean natural water.

Everything is built in reforested pine wood from Colombia, respecting the wide spaces for everyone's comfort, we do not handle air conditioning, since we focus on efficient air circulation and this has guaranteed that all spaces manage a comfortable temperature. All rooms have balconies, some with ocean views and others with jungle views. The main theme of art are elements created by the muralist @laplagainvade from Medellín that decorate most of the spaces of Mendihuaca Surf.

Mendihuaca Surf Camp Policy and Condition:

Cancellation Policy: 1 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14.00 to 17.00 (any late check ins can be organice through whatsapp)
Check out before 08.00 to 11.00

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit and debit card ( payments with card have +5%)
