Kama Central Park is an affordable option for backpackers and nomads. Whether you are staying for business or pleasure our Capsules offer a unique experience with comfort and privacy in mind. Each pod is equipped with its air filtration system as well as USB ports, recess lighting, reading lights, and much more.

Located in the heart of the Upper West Side, along Central Park, and super close to subways and buses, so the whole City is at your fingertips. Explore local hangouts or walk through Central Park to 5th Avenue and the Museum Mile, where you will find the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Guggenheim Museum, and much more.

Best known for our funky coffee bar, weekly pub crawls, and summer BBQs, staying at Kama Central Park Hostel guarantees good times as well as comfort.

Check in from 16:00 to 23:00 . If you plan to arrive later than 9 pm, please notify the Front Desk. If you plan to arrive before check-in, Kama Central Park Hostel can store your luggage free of charge until your room becomes available.

I thought the location was great for Upper West Side, bus and subway very close. Near the park and lots of dining and bodegas, surprisingly few evening coffee options nearby. I saw little social activity but I was busy and out of the hostel a lot. I felt safe and my stuff was secure. No lift which is ok with me, my only complaint would be a poor vent in my pod, but the weather was cool while I was there. Staff always pleasant and helpful.

i loved it, we had our own room with its own private bathroom. However I found it odd that we were not allowed to eat in our room? The kitchen was confusing when we tried to find it the first time. A cery tiny room in what apoears to be a basement. Other then that the room was perfect. Mattress very comfortable.

Amazing stay and amazing hostel. the location is perfect and just a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway. Central Park is right across the street. There are amazing food options within a 10 minute walk.
