Cancellation policy:
Standard - Flexible: The client can cancel the reservation for free up to 72 hours. before the arrival date. Otherwise you must pay the price of the first night. Does not require advance payment.
Non Refundable: Changes or returns do not apply. To confirm the reservation, a full advance payment is required.

Important:* High Season: from December 21 to January 20 ALL reservations will have a Non-Refundable condition (No changes or refunds apply).

Check-in from 15:00 to 23:00. Please let us know if you will arrive later than 23 pm. Otherwise, your reservation will be canceled. If you arrive earlier, you can use the common facilities and bathrooms as well as our luggage room.
Check out before 11:00.
