Summary of traveller reviews

Rabbitel Phuket offers a great stay with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Guests appreciate the clean, modern rooms and spacious dorm beds, often described as private pods. Its convenient location near Phuket Old Town and the bus station is a major plus. While some mention small bathrooms and a lack of social atmosphere, the overall experience is highly positive, especially for solo travellers seeking comfort and convenience.

The staff was friendly and the laundry service provided was actually good. The room itself was ok, tho a few more hangers for clothes wouldn't be bad, tho we did manage to stay 6 nights without any major issues. The staff cleans the bathroom often, but I think there some issues with the showers themselves, everytime I open the water a weird smell would come out of the tubes. There wasn't much of a hostel vibe, only got to see few people walking in the corridor who would barely reply 😅

Such a great place - super comfy and spacious dorm beds, lovely staff and really cute silly theming. Bathrooms were a little small but that’s my only complaint, it was great

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in! Each dorm bed was essentially its own little room. The facilities are clean and new, and it's probably the best hostel bed I've ever stayed in. The employee I met was so kind and welcoming. The location is convenient, quiet, and next to the bus station. The hostel is so well nice and even gives mini shampoo and body wash along with a plush towel
