Reception Hours:
• 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily.
• Late check-ins available until 2:00 AM via our night warden on duty.
Check-in & Check-out:
• Check-in: From 2:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Booking & Payment Policies:
• Minimum Stay & Peak Periods:
o A minimum 3-night stay is required during peak periods (Dec 30, 31, and Jan 1), and these bookings are non-refundable.
• Booking and Payment Terms:
o Non-refundable bookings: Full payment will be charged before arrival to secure your reservation.
o Pay-on-arrival bookings: A charge for the first night will be processed 24 hours before arrival, with the remaining balance payable at check-in.
• Cancellation Policy:
o 48-hour cancellation policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to check-in will not incur a charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a charge for one night’s accommodation.
o No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours will result in a charge for one night’s stay.
o Changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in and are subject to availability.
• Guest Requirements:
o Guests must be 18 years or older to stay.
o A valid passport or Australian ID is required at check-in.
o We do not accept groups of 8 or more people.
• Payments:
o We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash (1.9% surcharge on card payments).
o Key deposit: A refundable $20 key deposit is collected at check-in.
