4) Payment on Arrival: Cash or Credit Card (Kindly note that for credit card payments, a minimum charge of 1,500 THB applies.
For amounts below this, a 5% surcharge will be added in accordance with bank policy.)
5) Cancellation or amendment must be made 3 days before arrival. (In case of a no-show after a confirmed reservation, a one-night charge will apply)
6) Light-Breakfast is included. (The continental breakfast 7.00am - 10.00am)
7) NO smoking in Room, but have a smoking area.
8) We only accept guests 12 years old or more.
9) Key card Deposit only in cash 200 THB (Dormitory) and 500 THB (Private) or can Leave the passport as a deposit
10)Please help us maintain cleanliness. In the event of stained or damaged linen, a fine will be charged based on the extent of the damage.
11)Towels are not included with certain booking types/rates. Towel rental is available at the property for 40 THB per towel (this is a non-refundable rental fee, not a deposit).
