Avari Unit - Terms & Conditions:
Dear guest, to confirm your booking, you have to pay the full amount in cash & kindly provide your phone number including Whats App and/or Signal Applications for chatting and easier communication, otherwise no reservation or booking should be Confirmed for you.
Cancellation policy: 5 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first Five nights of your stay.
Check in from 14:00 to 21:00 . (Late Check in fees will be applied)
Check out before 11:30 Am.
Security Deposit is mandatory, AED 400/person (100% refundable if not breaking the rules or causing damage to the place)
Payment in Advance by cash or any other guaranteed means, sorry for the meanwhile Are Not Available credit & debit cards Are Not Available. 4% service fee if paid with a credit card, If Any
Normal Short stay Cleaning fees AED30 1-3Days, yet the guest has to clean before leaving

If the guest leaves the room in very bad condition, we will deduct from the security deposit upon the situation.
