This property is a hybrid between long stay and short stay, with almost sixty per cent of rooms, rented with locals, which will give a unique local touch experience for foreigners. Stay with us when you are in Solo :)

1. No drugs, weapons, and sex tourist allowed
2. Check-in is at 2pm and check out at 12 noon. The latest check in is 24.00.
3. Valid ID required upon check-in.
4. Security deposit Rp. 100,000 per person is collected upon check-in and refunded upon check out. Cash security deposit can be replaced by ID or driving license
5. Extra charges 50% applied for early check-in and late check out.
6. We prefer cashless payment upon check-in
7. Cancellation Policy: Up to 2 days advance notice before the arrival date is required.
8. The minimum age to stay at the hostel is 17 years old.
9. No smoking inside the building
