Villa Martial Arts is a well-established martial arts training facility in the heart of Phnom Penh. We offer train and stay packages for combat sport enthusiast as well as fitness classes for fitness fanatics. Our vision is built around offering an alternative to travellers who seek a more holistic and health driven approach to their adventures in Cambodia.
Our building is a colonial era style 'villa' located within 6 minutes of S-21, 10 minutes of Independence Monument and other tourist attractions around Phnom Penh. We have a fully functioning gym with experienced and driven Coaches on our covered rooftop which overlooks the city in all its glory. Our kitchen and bar on the ground floor serves up healthy food, smoothies, fresh juices, cold coconuts and probiotic drinks. Our dorm rooms are newly renovated to a good standard with on suite facilities.
Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Reception hours: 8:00 to 23:59 .
Check in from 12:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash.

Curfew is 11pm - 7am but keys will be provided. Please talk to management
