Rasoul Hostel is in a quiet place in between the rice field, down at the bottom of the Alamut valley!

It was our old house which with some renovations I converted into a traditional guesthouse and as it is surrounded by rice fields it is very green for most of the year. I have been hosting hikers from different countries in my house for many years, so it is well suited for hikers, backpackers, couples who want to escape from the city life and historical monuments of Iran.

It is like a base camp for those who want to do some adventure trekking in the area or sightseeing in the valley, only one hour drive from Qazvin and 3 hours drive from Tehran can bring you to a calm and environmentally friendly local home. Many of the assassins' castles are very close and can be reached with a few hours' walk. Within half an hour's drive you can reach beautiful mountain villages, springs, waterfalls and hiking trails.

There is public transport from Qazvin to Razmian and once there I will pick you up for a 5 km drive. Of course, I can also pick you up in Tehran, at the airport, in Qazvin or wherever is most convenient for you.

Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .
