Leevin Stay Hostel Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Standard Rate: The property will charge 50% of the total reservation amount at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of check-in. If a cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded within 7 business days. However, if a cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. Additionally, cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.

Non-refundable Rate: For bookings made under the non-refundable rate, any cancellations or No Shows will result in a full charge for the entire stay.

Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in: Guests can check in starting from 15:00.
- Check-out: Check-out time is before 11:00.

Taxes: Taxes are included in the booking price.
Breakfast: Please note that breakfast is not included in the booking.

General:
- 24-hour Reception: Our reception is available round the clock to assist you.
- No Pets Allowed: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the hostel.
- Age Requirement: Reservations and check-ins are only accepted for guests aged 18 and above.

Identification Requirements:
- EU Citizens: Passport, driver's license, or National ID is required for identification.
- Non-EU Citizens: A passport is required for identification.
- Physical documents must be shown; images or copies are not acceptable.

Room Category Responsibility: Guests are responsible for ensuring that their booking is made in the correct room category, including the gender of the rooms booked. Leevin Hostel offers gender-separated rooms. Incorrect bookings may result in reservation cancellation and a fee charged to the guest.

A security deposit of €100 is required at check-in and can be paid in cash or by card. This amount will be refunded when you leave the hostel. If a fine is incurred during your stay, it will be deducted from the deposit
