Loved staying there. Staff especially Anita was amazing, never saw her even rest for a minute, just continues cleaning and making the guests comfortable. The location is amazing, 2 mins walk from the beach and amazing restaurants.

The hostel is in a great location and very clean, thanks to Ishak's efforts. Amr, the manager, is incredibly kind and welcoming.Bu,the staff Celia's behavior was disappointing. Despite her focus on cleanliness, she was often rude—complaining about noise at 8 PM, repeatedly asking about my checkout despite a confirmed booking, and accusing me of taking money without evidence or apology. On my last day, I was forced to leave without a refund for two extra days paid. Better communication is needed.

The lady working there and responsible for the hostel is very rude and don't know anything about hospitality, i would recommend you to consider another place if you can't handle rudeness, that lady ruined my stay and i regeret staying in that hostel although it had a many good reviews on google, and of course have many positive advantages but that lady ruined everything i could see, they also need to takecare of the smell of the hostel and use some aromatic floor soap and stop using the incens
