Puri Sadewa Balangan was incredible - I am studying yoga and this was the perfect place to focus on my self studies! It was some amazing restaurants, a 'what you need' shop and a really nice affordable spa ALL within a very short walk! The staff was so friendly and at the time I was there, there were little puppies to play with! The ONLY complaint, that didn't bother me, was that the walls are thin so you here guests in the next bungalow over.

The dry season, April to October, is the best time to visit Kuta because you will have the least amount of rain, lower humidity, and more sun; however, this also means that it is quite busy and prices can be higher.
