Located in Porto Vecchio, in southern Corsica, the island's first hostel welcomes you in a warm, relaxed, bohemian atmosphere. The hostel has a games room, a quiet room, a communal kitchen and a dining room. Upstairs, there are dormitories for 4 to 6 people or private rooms for 2 to 6 people with shared or private bathrooms.

The heart of Porto Vecchio can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and is served by public transport.

Porto Vecchio is the perfect place to relax on one of Europe's most beautiful beaches, stroll through the narrow streets of the citadel or enjoy an ice cream in the harbour. A 30-minute drive away is the Alta Rocca, with its sublime landscapes, and the picturesque town of Bonifacio.

Well designed hostel with a well equipped kitchen (super market is a 10-15min walk down the road). The rooms have AC, which is welcome in the summer months too. The free local bus is 200m down the road, which will take you to the main intercity bus stop by the pier. My only qualm was that towels were not included (an additional fee) and the shower heads were not affixed to the wall (made it a little awkward to handle while soaping up). Otherwise, great hostel as a transitory stop.

I liked this hostel! Staff was kind and the kitchen is great. The only thing was aside from the staff, was I only encountered 2 other English speakers (lots of only French speakers). Secondly, some of the girls in my dorm were rather inconsiderate, like slamming the door or making a call at midnight in their bunk (but this is no fault of the hostel at all, of course).

Loved this accomodation! It was very modern and clean, with a very spacious common space and kitchen. Enough activities in the common space to encourage social interactions. It was close to town and shops and felt safe to walk around. The staff were also very lovely.
