Went early July for a few nights and there weren't really any tourists in the hostel or in the area that we stayed in, so not really solo traveller friendly. As it was winter, the room was very cold, often requiring thermals and plenty of blankets. The bathrooms were a bit old and the water pressure in the shower was quite weak and often took a while to heat up. Mould could be seen on the roof of the bathroom and within the shower curtains. Overall good stay for a few nights.

Location is good in Providencia, close to the vibrant streets of Manuel Montt and access to the metro. Also pretty clean and they made your bed. The hostel lacked atmosphere, there were lots of common spaces but they were rarely used. Also a weird thing about having to hand your key in every time you left made it feel less secure (considering there were no lockers in the room)

This is one of the best Hostels I've stayed at. Private rooms are nice, service is friendly and elegant, breakfast precise. I met cool people and its located in a safe neighborhood, close to all.
