Our stay here was smooth and easy. Having a climbing wall in the hostel is very cool. The location is the one downside, it’s up a hill and a bit far from the main town activities, we walked 15-30 minutes to get to restaurants and other activities, but we didn’t mind walking so it was good for us! The further away location has perks, though, this may be one of the quietest hostels you can find in Huaraz. The people who run the place also climb, and they have crash pads and information.

Lovely place to stay, nice and quiet, friendly staff. Very far out of the centre, but so nice to be away from all the noise- made for a much quieter stay. We were upgraded on arrival to a private room which was very nice. Lovely staff- some issues with water and gas whilst we were there but that can’t be helped! Due to off season very quiet but lovely all the same.

Beautiful building but missing some key things, eg soap in the bathrooms, kitchen labeling system. Also no breakfast despite being advertised as such. seems to be an up & coming hostel with very nice owners so show them some support if you want some peace & quiet about a kilometer north of town! They also have some climbing gear to rent. I would come here after a trek to decompress. Would not come here while trying to prepare for a trip, it’s a bit too far from town to be convenient.
