Guests also appreciate the convenient location, within walking distance of major sights. Some travellers noted that the property could be more social and that mattresses were hard.

I booked 2 nights and arrived around midnight, only to be informed upon arrival that they could not provide the government-mandated accommodation registration confirmation. This made me uncomfortable staying there. I was also overcharged and when I raised the issue the next morning, I was asked to wait for other staff members. The experience was inconvenient and unprofessional. It wasn’t only about the money lost, but the lack of transparency, poor communication and unhelpful service.

Great location central to everything, I personally found the beds a bit uncomfortable and there was only one shower/bathroom downstairs but it was fine because the hostel wasn’t too busy.

The staff were amazing, and the place was very clean and up to a great standard. Good WiFi and great shower. Most important though is how great the staff were, really nice people.
