A boutique social hostel in El Tunco proper (not the neighboring beach of Sunzal or across the river), Dos Palmas is steps from the beach, La Bocana surf break, and the center of town. If you want the real walkable El Tunco experience, this is it.

Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays are social, lively party nights 🍻
Other days are chill and relaxed 🧘🏽‍♀️
Wednesdays we throw a big pool party (Sync or Swim) with other hostels joining. We have power hour of $.50 shots and $1.50 beers, ice baths, two for one tattoos, and then we take a party bus to am awesome oceanfront DJ set for sunset 🌅
We have fun Tuesday and Thursday night outings, but the hostel is relaxed.

We are a small, independent hostel run by a fellow traveler pursuing his dream.
This is our FIRST YEAR and we are still improving and learning every day.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival
After 24 hours the deposit becomes non-refundable and one night is charged
No-shows are charged one night. After check in, there is a 48 hour policy.

Less than one minute to La Bocana surf break and the beach
Seconds from restaurants, beach bars, cafés, and shops
Fully walkable to Sunzal for surfing
Our surf instructors pick you up at the hostel and take you to the best breaks in the area
Many properties listed as “El Tunco” are actually a 15-minute walk or a 10-minute drive away. Keep that in mind when choosing where to stay

Breakfast not included

The property will collect a $20 deposit for incidentals to be returned at checkout
