A boutique social hostel in El Tunco proper (not a neighboring beach 20 minutes away), Dos Palmas is steps from the play, La Bocana surf break, and the center of town. If you want the real walkable El Tunco experience, this is it.

Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays are social, lively party nights 🍻
Other days are chill and relaxed 🧘🏽‍♀️
- Taco Tuesday we throw a big pool party with other hostels joining. We give out lots of prizes, host a cannon ball competition, and then go on a fun bar crawl.
- Wednesdays we sell tickets to a big party but the hostel itself is relaxed
- Free-Shot Friday is another big party - everyone gets 2 free shots and maybe more at the end, then we all go to the beach clubs
- Saturday we throw a short but fun pregame before hitting the clubs again

We are a small, independent hostel run by a fellow traveler pursuing his dream.
This is our FIRST YEAR and we are still improving and learning every day.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival
After 24 hours the deposit becomes non-refundable and one night is charged
No-shows are charged one night. After check in, there is a 48 hour policy.

Fully walkable to Sunzal for surfing
Our surf instructors pick you up at the hostel and take you to the best breaks in the area
Many properties listed as “El Tunco” are actually a 15-minute walk or a 10-minute drive away. Keep that in mind when choosing where to stay
