The place was horrible, it stunk, was filthy and they double booked us so we couldn’t stay there

Reception is not actually 24 hour, which I did not learn until they stranded me at SFO at midnight. When I called, he asked how much money I had spent on the room, and when I said I got a dorm he was like sorry bro can’t help you.
