Odara Hostel & Guesthouse – Policies and Conditions

Check-in: From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Outside of these hours, an additional fee of R$ 30.00 applies (please note we do not offer 24-hour reception).
Check-out: By 12:00 PM. Failure to check out by this time will result in an extra night being charged.

Keys: You will receive one key for the locker (in shared dorms) and one for the front door.
Security: Always keep the front door locked and do not open it for anyone you do not know.
Check-out Procedure: If leaving before 8:00 AM, please leave the key on the TV stand and securely close the front door.
Luggage Storage: Free until 2:00 PM after check-out. After this time, a R$ 30.00 fee applies (day use, which includes access to common areas until 10:00 PM).

Bed linen: Included in all bookings.
Towels: Included only in private rooms, but available for rent in shared rooms.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 7 days from the booking date: 100% refund of the amount paid.

After 7 days from booking: No refund.

No-show Policy
Failure to show up will be considered a “No Show.” The reservation will be held for 24 hours after the scheduled check-in time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled and 100% of the booking will be charged to the guest's credit card. This situation does not entitle the guest to any refund, cash reimbursement, or credit for future stays, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid.

Cancellation After Check-in
If the guest cancels or shortens their stay upon arrival or after check-in for any reason, no refund, reimbursement, or credit will be provided, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid.

Cancellation on the Day of Check-in
If the stay is canceled on the day of check-in, no refund, reimbursement, or credit for future stays will be issued, resulting in full loss of the payment.
