After the booking is made the property will get in touch with you to reconfirm your booking, please reply to them or the reservation maybe canceled.

We are located in Salvador's Historic and Cultural Centre, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Pelourinho.

Carnival 2026 : We have a Three day minimum policy during Carnival. All bookings during this period are non-refundable and  have to be paid in full within 3 days of booking or the reservation will be cancelled. No refunds will be provided.

Some things you should know

We do not accept credit/debit cards

In some circumstances Payment before arrival may be required. In those cases the property will contact you after you have booked to provide the options and instructions .
If the hostel does not receive prior payment the booking will be canceled.
We dont work with booking taking payment for us!

Please inform Hostel Galeria 13 in advance of your expected arrival time.
We may cancel the booking if we have no confirmation

Check out is 1100 (Time for a last late breakfast and shower)
Check in is 1400 (Gives us time to clean after late departures)

We offer our great breakfast until 1200.

Our Happy hour is at 1715 Free Caipírinhas .

Guests who arrive before 0600 in the morning will be requested to pay an additional night.

Guests who arrive before 0900 in the morning will be requested to pay a storage fee of r$75 until check in

After check out the guest may store luggage until 2200 hours with no fee .
Using the hostel after this hour it will be necessary to pay an extra night's fee.

The Hostel does not have a communal kitchen; it has no kitchen for customers to use


Cancellation Policy: 7 days cancellation policy. If you have to make a change please do email the hostel.
