Cancellation policy: 24hs before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the full amount of booking.

1/5. Absolutely horrible experience. Staff removed our belongings from our locker without our knowledge or permission. When we reported it, we were initially told we were mistaken. We then spent around 90 minutes in the lobby trying to figure out where our belongings had gone and why they were moved. Eventually we learned staff had moved everything without notifying us. Completely unacceptable and the opposite of what “Safestay” should represent. Would not stay here again.

I really enjoyed my one day stay at this hostel. Nice atmosphere, bed was comfortable and the common spaces felt cozy. The location was close to Materdei metro station. For a longer stay, keep in mind that there isn't a kitchen available. I would definitely recommend the hostel!
