We will send you detailed self check-in instructions and our curated local food guide one day before your arrival. Please ensure you provide a valid email address during booking.

Policies and Conditions
Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards (Self check-in). Luggage storage at common area is available before check-in

Check-out: By 11:00 AM (Self check-out). Luggage storage at common area is available after check-out.

Payment: Online payment (credit/debit card) only. The full amount will be charged one day before your arrival to the card used for booking.

Cancellation Policy:
• 4 days or more before check-in: Free cancellation.
• 3 days or less before check-in, or no-show: 100% charge of the total stay.
Example: For a check-in on August 15:
• Cancel by August 11 (11:59 PM Malaysia Time): No fee.
• Cancel from August 12 (12:00 AM Malaysia Time): Full charge applies.

Guest Safety & Zero-Tolerance Policy:
We prioritize guest and staff safety above all else. Any form of violent, aggressive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or fellow guests is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction and cancellation of access without refund, an official misconduct report filed with Hostelworld for account blacklisting, and immediate police dispatch via local authorities / Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM).

Quiet Hours: Strict quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to preserve our peaceful environment.

Age Restriction: Guests must be 18 years or older.

Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited in all rooms and inside the building. Designated smoking area is outside the building.

Food & Drink: Breakfast is not included. Complimentary coffee and tea are available.

Taxes: All applicable taxes are not included. (Tourism Fee & local tax)

Important Note on Guarantee: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking via Hostel World. To receive your check-in instructions, your card details must be verifiable, and the card must have sufficient credit one day prior to arrival.
