We will send you detailed self check-in instructions and our curated local food guide one day before your arrival. Please ensure you provide a valid email address during booking.

Policies and Conditions

Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Self check-in). Luggage storage at common area is available before check-in

Check-out: By 11:00 AM (Self check-out). Luggage storage at common area is available after check-out.

Payment: Online payment (credit/debit card) only. The full amount will be charged one day before your arrival to the card used for booking.

Cancellation Policy:
• 4 days or more before check-in: Free cancellation.
• 3 days or less before check-in, or no-show: 100% charge of the total stay.
Example: For a check-in on August 15:
• Cancel by August 11 (11:59 PM Malaysia Time): No fee.
• Cancel from August 12 (12:00 AM Malaysia Time): Full charge applies.

Age Restriction: Guests must be 18 years or older.

Smoking: Strictly prohibited in all rooms and inside the building. Designated smoking area is outside the building.

Food & Drink: Breakfast is not included. Complimentary coffee and tea are available.

Taxes: All applicable taxes are included.

Important Note on Guarantee: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking via Hostel World. To receive your check-in instructions, your card details must be verifiable and the card must have sufficient credit one day prior to arrival.
