Legendary venue for legendary travelers. Mia and Dave have (and continue to) create an oasis of chill in the madness that is south bali. Mia's cafe and cooking are incredible with traveler friendly prices. Dave's vision and execution continually improving the space and making it more eccentric and welcoming. The two dogs and two kitties are too damn cute. The location is away from the main road, so it's quiet at night, but easily walkable to restaurants and stores nearby. Not a party hostel.

Blue Lotus Inn is indeed a hidden gem. I booked a private room and it has such a quaint and cosy atmosphere. It is well equipped with a fan and air condition. The toilets were always available and well maintained. Everyone were so approachable and friendly. When i was having a late dinner, Mia offered me a plate of rendang she cooked. Also enjoyed my conversations with David when bumping into him in the mornings. Thank you for your hospitality!
