**Cancellation Policy**
Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the first night will be charged.

**Check-in and Check-out**
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: before 12:00 PM
- Late arrivals after 10:00 PM must notify us in advance to coordinate reception.

**Payment**
Payment is made upon arrival in cash, credit, or debit card. The property will pre-authorize your card before arrival.

**Shared Room Conditions**
Air conditioning in shared rooms is activated when there are 3 or more guests. For 1 or 2 guests, a fan is provided to support energy efficiency.

**Sustainability and Housekeeping**
We are a sustainable and eco-friendly hostel. We recycle, use only liquid soap, and change bed linen every third day for long stays. Short stays receive a clean room upon arrival.

**Respect and Conduct**
Respect is essential. We reserve the right of admission in cases of aggression, discrimination, or violation of community norms toward staff or other guests.
