Stayed for a week in an en-suite. Room was clean, spacious, great mattress, hot water reliable, good WiFi. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location to Main Street areas. Fairly quiet for a hostel. A bit of a bummer no kettle or microwave in common area for guest use. Seems like hotel pricing, towards the end of high season, so c’est la vie. Recommend.

Sadly can't find anything nice to say about Hideout other than location (2-7 min walk from the pubs or waterfront). As a solo traveller, I decided to splurge on a boutique-looking 'hostel', hoping for a fun atmosphere to meet fellow travellers, but I didn't see a single other living soul in my whole three days here. No kitchen (felt like an intruder just making a tea), dingy room with no daylight, awful sagging mattress. So disappointing, and SUCH a rip off, could have paid less for a hotel :(
