This place is called Tranquilo Hostel & Coffee — Take It Easy.
Not because we’re lazy,
but because we know when it’s time to slow down.
Tranquilo Hostel & Coffee is a backpacker hostel that blends art, surfing, and the aroma of coffee.
It’s tucked away in an Amis indigenous village on Taiwan’s east coast —
quiet, simple, and full of warmth.
During the day, you can watch the ocean.
On clear days, Green Island is right there in front of you.
If you’re lucky, Orchid Island will quietly appear too,
as if to remind you: there’s no need to rush today.
We respect the culture and traditions of this land,
and we carry that spirit into our space.
There are only two things in Huang Qing Song’s culture:

You can come here to surf, to create, to work remotely, or even to do nothing at all.
Or simply sit down with a cup of coffee,
and watch time slowly drift by.
