ALMA one Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: 14 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full stay will be charged. No refunds are provided for early departure.

Check-in: 15:00 PM to 23:00 PM
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

Payments:
• Online payments only.
• No payments available on site.

Rules & Important Information (Please read carefully):
• Please complete the online check-in process before you come to the property.
• The property is fully automated with with no reception on site.
• Access to the property requires a fully completed online check-in.
• Guest identification is mandatory under Spanish law (Orden INT/1922/2003). All guests must provide valid identification* during the online check-in process.
• Guests who fail to complete the online check-in before the end of check-in hours will be marked as a no-show.
• Guests with a confirmed check-in status may access the property and their room around the clock.
• Minors (0–17) may only stay when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the same room. Unaccompanied minors cannot be accommodated anywhere on the property. Proof of guardianship may be required.
• Guests are not allowed to bring visitors beyond the common areas. Only registered guests may access the rooms.
Each guest is fully responsible for the behavior of any visitor they bring to the property.
• Guests are responsible for keeping their access code confidential. Sharing access codes with others is strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM.
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
• No alcohol consumption anywhere on the property.

Taxes: Included.
Breakfast: Not available.

*Accepted documents: Passport (all nationalities), EU National ID card, Spanish NIE/TIE with photo. Not accepted: Screenshots, damaged or unreadable documents, and driver’s licenses (not valid for tourist identification in Spain).
