Saya Coliving is a large, welcoming home by the beach, created for travelers who want to feel comfortable, relaxed, and part of a community while staying in El Paredón.
We are proudly one of the few Guatemalan-owned hospitality projects in El Paredón, built and run by locals who care deeply about this place and its future. Staying with us means supporting a locally owned space that grows together with the community.
Our house is designed to cover all the needs of long and short stays. You’ll find comfortable private and shared rooms, spacious common areas to relax, well-equipped shared spaces, and an easygoing atmosphere where guests naturally connect. Saya Coliving Policy & Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 4 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out before 11:00 AM
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit and debit cards.
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
