Not only do we offer all of them to the most affordable price, most of them are run by our own staff.

Terms & Conditions:
- You must be between the age of 18 to 35 years to stay with us.
- Free cancellation 48 hours before arrival date; failure to cancel before the 48 hours or not showing up, the guest will get charged the full amount due for the entire stay.
- The rooms are cleaned daily, and bed linens and towel are changed every three nights on request for a fee.
- No smoking in any of the rooms. (2000 Baht fine) Smoking areas are outside at the bar or terrace.
- No drugs allowed.
- No pets.
- No outside alcohol allowed on the property.
- No outside guests allowed to stay inside the dorm area.
