PORTALA has 10 beds (1 double room and 2 4-bed rooms) for all adventurers and travelers who want to explore the hidden treasures in the RILA MONASTERY area. You will find PORTALA in the town of Rila, on the main road to the Monastery, just 1 hour away from Sofia and 20 minutes from it.

We invite you to spend the night in a cozy house that combines the spirit of a mountain hut with the amenities of the town. Use it as a basecamp before exploring trails on foot and by bike. You will be able to try delicious local products, work remotely in peace with a beautiful view of the mountain peaks and feel with all your senses the expression 'Rila is dear to me'. Join the regular GUIDED hike or bike tours to nearby attractions - Stob's Pyramids, 'The Cross' eco trail, Bohemia Waterfalls Extreme Trail, Red Pyramids, Montevino Winery, The Dry Lake. A true PORTAL to the wildest part of Rila Mountain!

PORTALA offers common spaces for leisure, fully equiped kitchen, storage room, as well as a large yard with a summer kitchen, BBQ and relax area!

Cancellation policy: 1 day(s) before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
