Welcome to the brand new Laughing Leopard Trinco!!
We have recently upgraded to an even bigger and better property in the beautiful beachside town of Trincomalee, located only a short 5 minute walk from the stunning Uppuveli beach.
Our new property features an on site restaurant for all day dining including smoothie bowls, breakfast and local options plus a cocktail bar with a huge array of drinks on offer and daily happy hours.
We have a large swimming pool and relaxing decking area which is the perfect hang out spot to cool off and chill out with your new found Leopard friends.
We also have a large comfy common area, guest kitchen and laundry facitilities available, plus the fastest Starlink internet in town for all of our digital nomads!
All of our guests are treated to a delicious free Sri Lankan rice and curry buffet dinner every night!
We plan daily tours in the local area including dolphin watching, snorkelling and diving at the best prices in town, and we host free social activities every evening. From hilarious games nights, kareoke, trivia to pool parties- we love to bring everyone together and create an unforgettable stay for all of our guests!
The air conditioned dorm rooms are very spacious with pod style beds for added privacy, plenty of storage room and lockers available. Our private rooms are fitted with a comfortable double bed and are perfect for guests who prefer their own space but don't want to miss out on the great hostel vibes.
We also have two lovely hostel dogs living at the property who are very friendly and love meeting all of our travellors!
