This hostel is a fantastic option if you’re looking for something fun in Trincomalee. The entire LL team is just amazing. They have super delicious family dinner every night, and they also organise games at night where you get to meet other travellers. Walking distance to the beach ! I read some reviews about the facilities, music etc, All the facilities were great, and music doesn’t go all the way till late. Outstanding hospitality by Goku, Guru, Vino, Ash, Robert and gang

Friendly staff but bad communication - we had to tell multiple people we were going on the snorkelling trip to make sure it would go ahead. Vibe of the hostel was nice and they put on sunset bonfire which was really cute! Be aware they do have music on from 8:30am-2am, though it didn’t bother me with ear plug ins. Rooms were fine for the price. However, the biggest let down was the bathrooms. They smelt so bad we had to keep spraying air freshener, weren’t very clean and there were cockroaches
