PAYMENT
Cash payment is accepted at the property during regular check-in hours. Guests who prefer to pay by bank/card may request our secure payment link.

Payment links are processed in Albanian Lek (ALL). When payment is made by secure payment link, the amount may be converted from EUR to ALL using the property’s fixed exchange rate of EUR 1 = ALL 100. A bank processing fee will be added to the guest’s total amount.

ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL
Guests are kindly requested to inform us of their estimated arrival time in advance so that we can organize their check-in smoothly.

LATE CHECK-IN – ARRIVALS AFTER 08:00 PM
Guests arriving outside our regular check-in hours must contact us in advance, either before the day of arrival or, at the latest, on the day of arrival before check-in closes at 08:00 PM, so that the late check-in procedure can be completed.

The late check-in procedure is as follows:

1. Advance payment: Payment must be completed in advance through our secure payment link. Please contact us so that we can send you the payment link.
2. Guest registration: A copy of the passport/ID of each arriving guest must be sent in advance in order to complete the required check-in registration. Documents may be sent via WhatsApp or by email.
3. Access instructions: Once the payment and guest registration requirements have been completed, we will provide the guest with the late check-in instructions and entrance/access code on the day of arrival.

Guests arriving after 08:00 PM should not wait until they arrive at the property to begin the late check-in procedure. If the property is not contacted and the required late check-in procedure is not completed before the closure of check-in, we reserve the right to release and resell the bed(s) and refuse accommodation upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, the first night of the stay will be charged.

BATHROOM SUPPLIES
Please note that toilet paper and soap are not provided by Hostel Vila H. Due to repeated misuse in shared bathrooms, including their use for purposes other than those for which they are intended, the property has discontinued providing these items as complimentary supplies. Guests should bring or purchase their own for the duration of their stay.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
Breakfast is not included.
To help us accommodate guests efficiently, room and bed assignments may occasionally be adjusted, subject to availability and operational requirements.
