PAYMENT:
Payment shall be made via our safe payment link prior arrival. We would kindly ask you to contact us at our phone number for the payment link and check in details at minimum 1 day prior the day of arrival.

ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL:
Guest is gently required to notify estimated time of arrival.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY (OUTSIDE CHECK-IN HOURS, 08:00 P.M):
If your arrival is outside our check-in hours, payment must be completed in advance via our secure payment link. Please notify us on your late arrival and contact us by WhatsApp or e-mail at least 1 day before your arrival day, so we can send you the payment link to complete your check-in registration and provide you with your access instructions. IF YOU DO NOT INFORM US AT LEAST 1 DAY BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL, AS REQUIRED, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RELEASE AND RESELL THE BED(S) AND REFUSE YOUR ACCOMMODATION UPON ARRIVAL.

Payment links are processed in Albanian Lek (ALL). When payment is made by secure payment link, the amount may be converted from EUR to ALL using the property’s fixed exchange rate of EUR 1 = ALL 100. A bank processing fee will kindly be added to the guest's total amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellation 3 day(s) before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
