Awful stay here checked out early! During the night a drunk local man climbed into my bed and into another female travellers. The doors were left open so he just walked right in. Next to a river that smells and attracts a lot of mosquitos. As a female and solo traveller I would not recommend staying here, I did not feel safe and did not find the staff very willing to help.

I liked the hostel a lot. Not a party hostel, small enough to make it easy to talk to people. So I think it was still social. Mosquitoes are a thing, but they didn't bother me or find a way to my bed. Staff is super nice and helpful, and the place is very clean :)

Really nice Hostel in many ways. Very quiet nice hangout area, the staff is wonderful, and beds are solid. But it’s right next to a canal that smells absolutely horrible breeds and breeds mosquitos. There were probably 30 mosquitoes in my bed many dead ones on the sheet even before I got in bed and then another 20 flying around. I hung some clothes to dry in my room and when I took them off 20 more mosquitoes flew out.
