Stay by the sea in Kabelvåg — the place where Lofoten's fishing history began. In winter, the Northern Lights are often visible right outside your door. From late May to mid-July, the midnight sun keeps the fjord lit through the night, and the rest of summer brings long, bright evenings.
Astra Whale is a boutique hostel set directly on the seafront in Kabelvåg, Lofoten. Rooms are private with two beds. Guests share a communal kitchen and bathroom facilities. The building sits at the water's edge in the heart of Kabelvåg, close to the harbour, local shops, and restaurants, and within easy reach of Lofoten's hiking trails.
