Great hostel — clean, comfortable and a lovely place to stay. Unfortunately, I’ve had to leave a low rating as I left early for a flight and still haven’t received my $500 deposit back, (5 of us in the booking) I’ve contacted the hostel twice now and haven’t received any response, which is really disappointing.

No cleanliness :( especially for being quite new. The bathroom was very dirty and the bathroom sink was even partially clogged. Staff were frustrated as they didn’t have information for our arrival as their system is new but ended up being kind and accommodating while we waited. Security was good, a kitchen available is helpful, but for 75$ in a dorm I want to feel like I can have enjoy a clean shower.
