Outsite Lisbon Cais do Sodré occupies a traditional Portuguese building on the Cais do Sodré waterfront, marked by its signature blue-and-white azulejo-tiled facade overlooking the Tagus River. The property spans 25 rooms across four floors, with a fully equipped communal kitchen on each floor, plus a spacious ground-floor coworking hub — Outsite's first dedicated coworking café space. WiFi runs at 99 Mbps throughout.

Room styles vary: choose a south-facing room with river views, a room with its own balcony overlooking the street, or a private single.

Ines, your Community Manager and a Lisbon local, is available when needed and reachable directly for local recommendations and support. She organises regular gatherings for guests to connect. Every stay includes complimentary access to the Outsite Cowork Café on the ground floor, with fast WiFi, workspaces, meeting rooms, and a menu of coffee, food, and drinks. Common areas are cleaned weekly; complimentary room cleaning is available for monthly stays — request via Ines.

Check-out: before 11:00 AM
Guests receive a keypad code to access the property. Room keys will be found inside of the room.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival, or in the case of a No Show, will be charged for the first night of the stay.

Payment

Full payment is collected in advance by credit or debit card. Cash is not accepted.
The property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
Rates include applicable taxes. A city tax of €4 per person, per night, is not included and will be charged separately.
Breakfast is not included.

Non-smoking property.
No pets allowed.
No children allowed (adults-only property).

Parking

Outsite does not provide on-site parking. The closest car park is at Av. 24 de Julho 3A (Time Out Market). Street parking is available but not recommended.

Laundry & Housekeeping

Common areas are cleaned three times per week.
Complimentary bi-weekly room cleaning is available on request for weekly and monthly stays.
A washer, drying racks, laundry detergent, iron, and ironing board are available on-site. A dryer is located on the third floor.
Room cleaning or fresh towel requests can be made through the Outsite App or by contacting your Community Manager. Additional cleanings or towel requests beyond what's included may be subject to a fee.

Inês, our Community Manager, is on hand throughout your stay to help with local recommendations, questions about the space, and any requests you may have.

Coworking Café

Guests have complimentary access to the Outsite Cowork Cafe, located on the ground floor, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
The café offers an open coworking space with flexible seating, meeting rooms and phone booths (subject to availability), high-speed Wi-Fi, and comfortable workstations.
A food and drink menu is available, featuring fresh, healthy local options and sustainably sourced coffee.
