About the Property
Our family-run property is located close to Khon Kaen University, one of the city's best-known landmarks. Set on a spacious 1.5-acre property, it offers plenty of open space for guests to relax, enjoy nature, and unwind.

Guests can enjoy peaceful views of the rice fields behind the property, take a walk around the village, and experience local life at a nearby temple. We also have a dedicated area for camping and barbecues, making the property a great place to enjoy outdoor activities with family and friends.

For everyday essentials, guests can easily reach grocery stores by motorcycle, where they can buy meat, vegetables, and other necessities. There is also a small local market and laundry services nearby. Khon Kaen University is within easy reach and offers a variety of cafés, restaurants, and markets, including popular night markets and weekend markets where students and locals gather.

Larger markets and Khon Kaen's lake area are also accessible by motorcycle. Bicycles and motorcycles are available for guests who would like to explore the surrounding area at their own pace.

Our property is ideal for travelers looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with a local atmosphere, while still being close to everyday conveniences, markets, and the city's attractions.

Our Story
We are a family-run business with many years of experience welcoming guests. Our family café has been operating for more than 16 years, and we opened our first hostel in Khon Kaen city in 2016.

Over the years, we met many international visitors through our café. We enjoyed talking with them, learning about different cultures, and hearing their stories. These experiences inspired us to open a hostel where we could welcome travelers from around the world and continue meeting people from different backgrounds.

We welcomed many backpackers and travelers from different countries, and during our busiest years, we had guests arriving almost every day. We were also fortunate to receive Booking.com Guest Review Awards in 2017, with a score of 9.5, and in 2018, with a score of 9.1.

Hosting guests has always been a family effort. Our children grew up helping us prepare rooms, keep the property clean, and welcome guests. Meeting people from different countries and backgrounds has become a special part of our family life and is one of the reasons we continue to enjoy hosting today.
