Welcome to Rom Casa, brothers and sisters. We are a party hostel that comes with a quiet side. Our main goal is to connect travelers. Rom Casa Hostel is a Welcoming Social hostel with an industrial-chic design with a jungle-inspired theme. Our quiet Mediterranean-style villa is just steps away from the main social area. Located in the heart of Da Nang’s top tourist area, just 100 meters from the beach, we offer the energy of a social hostel while giving guests a clear choice between two distinct experiences.

The party side -

Our uniquely designed container rooms are built from repurposed shipping containers located above the bar and social area. All container rooms are 6-bed dorms featuring privacy curtains, reading lights and outlets at each bed, and good AC. These rooms are ideal for backpackers who enjoy the atmosphere and don’t mind a little noise until midnight- when the bar and social area close. The social side includes a top-notch billiards table, dart board, and an open-air beer garden. After closing, our staff can point you toward nearby bars that stay open later. Quiet hours are midnight to 8 am.

The quiet side-

Just 10 meters across the street from our main social area, our quiet side is a Mediterranean-style villa designed for guests who prefer earlier nights and a calmer environment. The villa offers 4-bed, 6-bed, and 8-bed dorms, all with good AC, reading lights, and outlets at each bed. The villa also includes a ping pong table and a large 85-inch TV (communal area closes at 10pm). We ask that guests respect and take in to consideration thier roommates, depending on which side they book. We also ask that guests staying on the villa side observe quiet hours and limit disturbance when coming in at night. 10pm - 8am

Our staff all speak excellent English and are ready to help with any questions about the area or Vietnam in general. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and welcoming environment for both solo and group travelers. Reception and security are available 24 hours, and overnight staff can be contacted anytime if issues arise.

Check-In, Check-Out & Policies:

Official check-in time is 2 PM, though we will do our best to get you into your room as soon as it is ready. Early check-in is possible when available. Reception is open 24 hours. Because we are frequently full, late check-out is only possible in certain circumstances. Housekeeping begins at 11 AM (check-out time) and does not start earlier. If you need to check out early, we offer a refund for any remaining nights as long as we are notified at least 24 hours before your intended early check-out date. We also do our best to accommodate group bookings under the same name in the same rooms when our calendar and occupancy allow — though this cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance.

We currently accept QR transfer and cash upon arrival. A 100,000 VND refundable key deposit is required (returned at check-out). A valid ID can be used as a deposit if you do not have cash.

Age restriction: guests must be older than 18 and younger than 40 years of age.

Guest Comfort & House Rules:
If you’re not satisfied with your room, or if one side is full upon booking, please let us know — we will do our best to move you to a more suitable room if possible, however can not be garuanteed.

We also encourage guests to bring any issues to our attention so we can work to resolve them. We have a reasonable refund policy. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. No food and only basic drinks are allowed in the rooms. Non-guests are not permitted in the rooms. We have a strict no-drugs and no-outside-alcohol policy in accordance with local laws.

We prioritize cleanliness and guest safety. Cleaning fees may be applied for linens or other damage caused by guests. We do our best to notify guests of any nearby construction upon check-in.

Our location puts you in the center of Da Nang’s main tourist area, surrounded by every type of food option imaginable. Whether you’re here to socialize or rest, our focus is helping you make the most of your time in Da Nang.

Please note: we previously had a pool, but that is no longer the case. We also do not have a lift, and our highest rooms are on the fourth floor. Staff will assist with luggage whenever possible.
