Welcome to Outsite Es Canar, an art deco beach house on Ibiza's relaxed east coast, with wide Mediterranean views and easy Balearic vibes.

The house is made for slow mornings and golden evenings. Multiple terraces and sea-facing balconies look out over the water, so there's always a spot for a coffee with a view, a laid-back afternoon, or sunset drinks with the new friends you made that week. Inside, the rooms are bright, modern and private, with air conditioning to keep you cool on hot island days.

Need to get a little work done? There's a comfortable, air-conditioned workspace with fast Wi-Fi. You can wrap up a few hours and still make it to the beach for the afternoon. The shared kitchens are fully equipped, and there's a laundry for when you need to freshen up.

The beach is a short walk away, and the town has cafés, restaurants and bars close by, so you can explore Ibiza's calmer side at your own pace.

Our Community Manager runs weekly activities, so meeting other travellers is easy, whether you're here for a few nights or a longer stay.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

Flexible Reservations: The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.

Non-Refundable Reservations: The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.

No-Shows: The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.

PAYMENT

Full payment is made in advance.

TAXES

All taxes and fees are included in the reservation rate.

Check-in: from 4:00 pm
Check-out: until 11:00 am

Parking: Street parking only.

Access: Self check-in. Please use the access code provided in your check-in instructions.

EXTRA GUESTS

To add an extra guest to your reservation, the fee is €15 per night for this location. There is a 2-night minimum stay for extra guests. Please email the Reservations Team in advance to register your guest.

LAUNDRY & CLEANING

Communal areas are cleaned twice a week. Guests on weekly or monthly stays can request one complimentary room cleaning per week. Additional cleanings may incur a fee. A washer and dryer are available in the laundry room, and detergent and an iron are provided.

HOUSE RULES

Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 18 years old to book and stay at the property.

Check-In and Check-Out
Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted.

Registered Guests Only
For safety and security reasons, all guests and visitors must be registered and approved before arriving at the property. Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted on the premises at any time.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please avoid excessive noise during this time, including noise from the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, terraces, and common areas. Violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction.

No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A €200 penalty fee will be charged for violations of this policy.

No Pets
Pets and other animals are not permitted.

Respect the Space
Please remove your shoes when entering the property and do not wear shoes in carpeted areas.

Shared Spaces
You're staying in a property with shared common areas. Please keep all shared spaces clean and tidy for the next guest.

Waste and Recycling
Please dispose of all waste properly. Full garbage bags must be placed in the appropriate garbage or recycling bins.

No Open Flames
The use of candles, incense, sage, palo santo, or any other open flame is prohibited anywhere on the property.

Stay Safe
Please close and lock all doors and windows when leaving the property and before going to sleep. For emergencies, call 112. For any concerns regarding the property, please contact the Community Manager.

Sustainability
Help us reduce our environmental impact by turning off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use. Please use the recycling bins provided.

Parking
Vehicles parked illegally may be towed at the owner's expense. Any fines or towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
