CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
Flexible Reservations: The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
Non-Refundable Reservations: The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
No-Shows: The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.

PAYMENT
Full payment is made in advance.

TAXES
Taxes are included in the reservation rate.

Breakfast is not available.

Check-in: 4:00 pm
Check-out: 11:00 am

Parking: There is no parking available at this location. Only street parking.

Access: Please use the front door code to enter.

EXTRA GUESTS
To add an extra guest to your reservation, the fee is €13 per night for this location. There is a 2-night minimum stay for extra guests. Please email the Reservations Team (reservations@outsite.co) in advance to register your guest.

LAUNDRY & CLEANING
Communal areas are professionally cleaned twice a week. Guests on weekly and monthly stays can request a complimentary room cleaning every two weeks. A washer, dryer, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board are available. Additional cleanings or towel requests may be subject to a fee.

HOUSE RULES
• Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 18 years old to book and stay at the property.
• Check-In and Check-Out
Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted. If you have any questions regarding your arrival or departure, please contact reservations@outsite.co.
• Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please avoid excessive noise during this time, including noise from the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, and common areas. Use earphones if you are awake late at night. Violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction.
• Registered Guests Only
For safety and security reasons, all guests and visitors must be registered and approved before arriving at the property. Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted on the premises at any time.
• No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A €200 penalty fee will be charged for violations of this policy.
• Respect the Space
Please remove your shoes when entering the property and do not wear shoes in carpeted areas.
• Shared Spaces
You’re staying in a property with shared common areas and no daily housekeeping service. Please keep all shared spaces clean and tidy for the next guest.
• Stay Safe
Please close and lock all doors and windows when leaving the property and before going to sleep. For emergencies, call local emergency services at 112. For any concerns regarding the property, please contact the Community Manager.
• Sustainability
Help us reduce our environmental impact by turning off lights, air conditioning, heating, and appliances when not in use. Please use the recycling bins provided.
• No Pets
Pets and other animals are not permitted.
• Parking
Vehicles parked illegally may be towed at the owner’s expense. Any fines or towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
• Waste and Recycling
Please dispose of all waste properly. Full garbage bags must be placed in the appropriate garbage or recycling bins.
• No Open Flames
The use of candles, incense, sage, palo santo, or any other open flame is prohibited anywhere on the property.
