Famous for hot sunny weather, Penticton is a city of festivals and ideal for outdoor activities of all kinds - cycling, hiking, water sports and rock climbing to name a few.

Wine tours, bike tours, the farmers' markets and the Trans Canada Trail are other great reasons to visit. Skiers and boarders will want to sample the Okanagan region's famous champagne powder in the winter.
