Bologna is a familiar Guesthouse for students located in the university area at porta san vitale in the old city. The flat is on the first floor on the left of an old-style building.

All the payments are online before the arrival, this is the condition to confirm the bookings.

In case of NON-REFUNDABLE bookings, we will send you a link by email and this is the only payment method accepted. The payment needs to be made on the same day of the booking confirmation. Failure to pay through the provided link will result in .

For standard rates, this property will charge the total amount of the booking 3 days before arrival (end of the free cancellation period). In case of unsuccessful payment, the booking will be cancelled.

All the information regarding the floor/bell of the accommodation will be given after confirming the arrival time.

The payment will be made by the hostel when the free cancellation ends.

Breakfast is charged at 5 euros the luggage deposit costs ten euros per person.

Did not feel very clean the beds were very uncomfortable and felt dirty. Also the room smelled so strongly of weed. The location was not amazing, you get to listen to people walking home from the bars all night long and the noise of traffic. It was not a very pleasant stay. I would only book it you are absolutely desperate.

The staff woke us up in the morning because they thought we were checking out even though I specifically already shown them we were moving out the next days. Not very clean. The toilet was really really dirty ay some point and with no toilet paper left and the staff/host have two big dogs so lots of dog fur everywhere. Location is super.

My experience at this hostel was disappointing. The staff member only spoke Italian and struggled to communicate in English, which was challenging. The manager was rude over the phone, yelling during my check-in process. Additionally, the check-in time is strictly limited to 16:00-18:00 and check-out is only until 08:00, which is inconvenient. While the presence of dogs isn’t an issue, I found feces and urine on the property, which was very unpleasant.
